What changed
Until now, the test checked whether your computer could reach each service the platform uses. That confirms a site answers, not that a video call works: a live class travels a different path, and a corporate network can close it while everything else works.
So the Video call group has two new checks: Join the video call and Be seen and heard. They test the real path your class uses, with no need to enter one.

A result you can read
When it finishes, the test tells you in one line what it found: everything answered, the platform works but something needs a look, or some services do not answer. A domain that answers too slowly shows an orange triangle.
If you need help, the note for your IT team is already written at the bottom of the test. They understand the technical detail; you only have to share it.

How to try it
Open the Help menu at the top right and choose Connectivity test. Accept the camera permission when asked: the audio and video check needs it and takes about a minute. Run it from the network where you take your classes, because that is the one that matters.
