Cancellation Policies
Last update: April 12, 2021We want you to be a happy customer, not a hostage. That is why is very easy to cancel and you can do so directly from the platform at any time.
To cancel, you just need to go to 'My Subscription', click on “cancel” at the bottom of the page and confirm on the next page.
No trouble and no deviation. We will cancel your subscription immediately.
What happens when you cancel?
You can still access your account, subscribe again at any time and resume your classes.
If you want, you can keep taking classes until the end of the collection period.
Your account data is saved. In case you want to delete it, sent us an email at info@nulinga.com and we will permanently delete it. Be aware you will not be able to make up for the classes.
We will no longer charge you after your cancellation. If you have classes remaining or days without using the service, we will automatically refund them. If you have just renewed the month, contact us to get a fair refund. We want to treat you with honesty.

We use services just like you and we get mad every time they try to overcharge us.

- If you were charged for the month, but you wanted to cancel, we will gladly refund it.
- If you are fully unsatisfied with our service, we will give you your money back.
